Ales brings his roots to breathwork – three decades of experience in people management, business and deep personal maturation. In the tradition of curanderos, which sees breath as a tool for transformation, he finds a natural bridge to what he lives in his own journey: the capacity for presence, inner truthfulness and quiet power.
His approach is firm but sensitive. He guides participants to listen to their own bodies through the breath, to discern what has already served, and to open to the transformation that comes from within – not from the pressures of the environment. Maturity, he says, is not about performance, but about the willingness to be with oneself in truth.

Enter a space of deep breath, silence and inner strength, inspired by the ancient tradition of
Ecuadorian curanderos. This breath workshop will take you beyond the ordinary perception of
– into a space where breath is not just a biological function, but a tool for healing, cleansing and connecting with
nature, ancestors and your own soul.
In the traditional understanding of Andean and Amazonian healers, breath is sacred. It mediates between
the physical and spiritual worlds, and we can use it consciously:
- release stored emotions and tensions,
- connect with the archetypes of the forces of nature (elementos),
- harmonize the energy body,
- and prepare for deeper intention work (intención).
This workshop combines conscious breathing techniques, guided visualizations, and short ritual elements
taken from indigenous traditions. All with deep respect and reverence for indigenous cultures and
their wisdom.
