The Path of Conscious Breathing
Aleš has long been concerned with the development of the mind and body and the balance of the factors of a human existence.
He is a believer in a holistic approach to life in accordance with the ancient Greek belief of kalokaghatia, the ideal of harmony of mind and body, the unity of beauty and goodness.
It is the combination of these principles that gives him a clear sense of the complexity of caring for the human being. After all, it is through movement that our bodies are nourished, and the mind influences our lives more than anything else.
Although a lawyer and advocate by profession for almost 30 years, he has in recent years devoted himself intensively to personal development and ways of exploring the depths of the human soul.
His hobbies include conscious breathing, WHM hardening, ski mountaineering, diving and yachting. He has also dedicated over 19 years to coaching youth rugby as a fitness coach.
He is an active sportsman, which allows him to perceive and feel the bodyvery subtly and he uses this to train and push the boundaries of human cognition and endurance. In 2023 he climbed the highest Czech mountain in winter wearing only summer clothes.
He enjoys being in tune with the forces of nature and its elements and is interested in healing the human body based on the knowledge of natural peoples.
He is an inspirator and motivator to his surroundings on a never-ending journey of personal development.
Workshops: conscious breathing, psychedelic breathing, WHM breathing
What is available to each of us anytime and anywhere is our own breath. With it we can be able to adjust our body, our mind and tune our soul into harmony.
By conscious breathing we can activate many substances in our body ourselves which can help us to heal and keep us in harmony.
The main topics will be:
1. Why conscious breathing at all
2. The function of oxygen and CO2 for our cells
3. Perception of our breath – the connection between the mind and physical breathing
4. Our habits and bad habits of breathing; becoming aware of them.
5. Headaches, stress: how to release them?
6. How to take care of your breath, how to use the simple magic of an available vital function in your daily routine
7. Poses/exercises, explanation of why and how and above all common practice.
Preparation for WS and what to bring:
A good mood and a relaxed mind
A yoga mat and a seat cushion
P.S.: each workshop will have a different main breathing exercise
