Bioenergetics

We will let our bodies be our teacher with the help of the group and myself. We will explore how our free flow and expression of energy has taken habitual forms and become our characters through our parents and our upbringing. We can choose what forms we wish to be and what we wish to transform into a freer and more conscious manifestation of ourselves.

Dark Eros

We will explore thettansition from oral to anal sexuality ie from need for safety and harmony to the excitement of tension and rebeliousness. In child terms, the thrill of being naughty and the first steps of what Jung called individuation, the art of becomg an individual with a inique sense of self. The structures we will experience were developed by myself over my 30 years practice of dark eros.
