Hi, my name is Péťa and movement is a way for me to find myself. Since childhood, I have been involved in sports that have taught me discipline, inner strength and humility. Thai boxing gave me courage and strength. Pole dance lightness and feminine power, and in Acroyoga I discovered trust, connection and joy from moving together. For me, the body is a temple of the soul — a silent witness to our emotions, strength and transformations, and when we listen to it with love, it can overcome boundaries that we never thought existed.
Today I continue to share my journey – through lessons and workshops where body, mind and soul meet. I enjoy creating a space where people feel safe, free and alive. Sooo…. if you want to learn to stand on your hands, fly like a bird or just experience the joy of moving in a pair? Gain balance, strength and confidence – together in the air?

Acroyoga for couples (couples’ Acroyoga)
Come and try the magical combination of yoga, acrobatics and partnership at the Acroyoga workshop, which is designed for everyone – from complete beginners to intermediate. No experience or partner is required – just a desire to move, play and trust.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
- Fun warm-up and body preparation
- Basics of working with a partner: base, flyer, spotter
- We will learn static positions and simple transitions
- Come play. Come fly. Come be a part of it.
- Partner activation is a great way to establish contact, tune in to working together, warm up and at the same time train balance, trust and reactions.
