Šárka is a therapist, a guide to inner transformations and the author of the project MeziTím, which offers a safe and truthful space for returning to oneself – in times of change, search, loss and new beginnings.
In her work, she connects psychological insights with the body, nervous system, mindfulness and deep listening to the emotions that shape us – often long before we understood them.
She uses the methods of somatic therapy, systemic constellations, work with the inner child, guided meditation and homeopathy. She also works with Oshozen tarot and the enneagram, which she sees as supporting tools for a deeper contact with oneself and compassionate insight into what shapes us.
She guides individuals and groups on the path to healthier boundaries, kindness to oneself, more conscious relationships and the courage to be oneself – even where it used to hurt.
Her approach is human, down-to-earth, sensitive and without pressure to perform.
She has gone through periods of pain and inner transformation herself, and today she offers support to those who need to find direction, stability, or peace again – not just in their heads, but most of all in their hearts.
She believes that healing begins where we allow ourselves to feel – and are not afraid of our own grief or our own strength. That is when space is created for compassion, connection, and a true relationship with ourselves.
1. Get to know the constellations and their power
Lenght: 2–3 h
A safe space for your first encounter with constellations. You will gently and sensitively become acquainted with this deep approach that can reveal the connections behind our life themes – in relationships, family, emotions and in the body.
The workshop is intended for both complete beginners and those who have already gone through the constellations and want to look again – from a different perspective, in a new context.
An inner movement awaits you, the opportunity to touch what calls for recognition and release within us.
2. BURN – musical experience – let your body express itself
Lenght: 1,5-2 h
A specially composed music mix will take you to the corners of your inner self. Through breath, movement, voice and emotions you will be able to completely relax – without pressure to perform, without expectations. Just be.
This is not dance in the classical sense. It is a journey to yourself. To what wants to manifest right now.
A safely held space where nothing needs to be explained. Just breathe. Feel. Let yourself be carried by the rhythm.
Bring: a blanket, pillow, water, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and a scarf or eye patches – for a deeper immersion into your inner space.
3. Change of beliefs – do you want it differently?
Lenght: 1-1,5 h
A gentle, experiential workshop in which you will realize how (often invisible) beliefs shape you – and what life would be like if you put them aside.
Together we will look at the inner sentences that we repeat to ourselves… and in a safe space we will begin to transform them.
We work in pairs, with an emphasis on truthfulness, compassion and gentleness.
No previous experience is necessary – all you need is openness and a desire to try to look at yourself differently.
