Tereza is intensely dedicated to self-knowledge and self-healing through fasting and other techniques that expand consciousness, hardening, stays in the dark, physical exercise, healthy nutrition, and their various combinations. She has fasted more than 10 times without food and water for more than a week. The longest fast was 36 days (including the first 10 without water). Each fast can surprise her and show her new benefits related to the body, soul, and connection to the entire universe. Originally a biomedical engineer, a specialist in hospital equipment, after a successful career in the sale of X-rays and other imaging devices, she became the owner of a women’s fitness center. Shortly after opening her second gym, she realized that she was not happy in life: obesity, cancer, alcoholism, an unhappy marriage, and workaholism are not the ideal combination for a happy life.
Then her intuition told her: You will fast. Now she is happy and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others and accompanying
others on their own journey.
